PFR Retiree Brick Payment Options
Option 3: PFR personnel can deliver Cash payments to Michael Carr or the on-duty OIC at the CO&E office at Fire Admin. CO&E drop off needs to include a note with the payee’s name, the Retiree’s name and the date submitted. Total due is $35.72.
Option 2: Mail a check payable to PFRA in the amount of $35.72. Please include the Retiree's name in the For or Memo line on the check
